Our Journey:

• We will begin by creating a container of earth/body teachings, so as to gently uncover layers and conditioning that may be keeping us disconnected and disempowered. 

• We will explore poetry, journaling, feminine womb yoga, earth/womb somatic breath work, and sacred intentional sharing to deepen our awareness of our wombs and of Earth Mothers womb.

A musical event designed to offer people the chance to relax and allow Bass vibrations to wash over them.

1:30 - 3:15: Bass Cure - Grimy AF

A musical event curated for those Grimy folks that love their duuurty beats.  We're going to blow your socks off with grungy bass, and a guided experience.

Join us once a month in ceremony. This monthly gathering will hold space for introspection and reflection while enjoying the nourishment of breath work, movement, and sound bathing.

Trinity Source offers their monthly Hear Centred Circle with a sliding scale exchange.

A cultivated space for men to awaken the physical, intellectual, and spiritual strength within.

The first sharing of space will be February 15th at 7pm @ Studio 108
